Intimate Bush Wedding
Let Us Host Your Bush Wedding
Rhulani Safari Lodge offers the opportunity to celebrate an intimate wedding with family and friends in a stunning bush setting.
Your big day amid the African wilderness and the intimate atmosphere of Rhulani Safari Lodge will bring memories and photos that you will cherish for a lifetime.
The ceremony takes place at a wonderful spot with a beautiful view in the middle of the bush, followed by a photo shoot of the wedding couple in the setting sun, where you may be lucky enough to spot a wild animal in the background. The wedding dinner takes place at the lodge, with singing by the Rhulani employees, giving a local African touch to the breath of luxury and privacy.
For your intimate bush wedding you need to book Rhulani Safari Lodge for a minimum of two nights on an exclusive-use base for you and the wedding guests. You can find the daily rate for exclusive use here. The price is for a maximum of 18 adults accommodated in nine shared double rooms (children can be added).

Legality of Weddings for Foreigners in South Africa
South African legislation requires a foreign couple to attend an appointment at the Department of Home Affairs before they can be legally married in South Africa. Since this is quite a cumbersome task for someone on safari, we suggest that you process all legal marriage requirements and documents in your home country and enjoy your ceremony on safari in a more traditional way.
