Rhulani Insights 241: O sole mio!

- News, Accommodation, Rhulani Insights

Look behind the scenes of Rhulani Safari Lodge.

After Christmas we are already ringing in the new year 2025. Rhulani's owner Rolf sends a greeting from his own in Switzerland to our community and to the team at Rhulani, who are preparing dinner for the guests. While it finally rains in Madikwe, Rolf's friend Diego sends an impressive "O sole mio" to Rhulani, with a toast for the new year.

On what are some of the toughest days ever for Rhulani’s team, we look back on an extremely successful year in which we were able to count on a fantastic team led by our prudent manager Tom-Hendrik. We would therefore like to extend a special thank you to Tom and our team.

The tenor voice should be like sunshine.

- Marcello Giordani, Italian tenor

And we do this in a special way: Opera singer Diego Zamudio, an Argentinian-Italian high lyric tenor, sends a lot of sunshine to all of us at the end of the year with an "O sole mio".

We thank all our friends for many great experiences in the old year, and are already looking forward to the new stories in 2025. Cheers!

Stay tuned for the next episode on Sunday 12 January when we will be breaking a safari world record with Alasdair.
