Look behind the scenes of Rhulani Safari Lodge.
What a beautiful place to stay! Today we are at the "Thlou Dam", a central location in Madikwe Game Reserve, where the animals find water even in the dry winter season, and here we enjoy a spectacular sunset on the vehicle with Willem.
Thlou Dam is probably the largest water source in the reserve, and as Willem explains, it is kept intact for the animals by a water pump during the dry season.
Sunset is still my favorite color, and rainbow is second.
In the magical scenery, we are overwhelmed by the peace and idyll, and we watch a few elephants who know exactly where to find the fresh water. Later, a spotted hyena also scurries past. Enjoy the moment with us!
Stay tuned for the next episode on 20 October when we finally receive the new art sculpture which will decorate the entrance area.
