We warmly welcome Koketso Noe as a new member of Rhulani's team as our new Head Chef. Koketso will ensure that our guests are pampered with culinary highlights in the lodge in addition to the daily adventures on safari. Koketso is a top-notch professional with expertise in menu development, kitchen management and staff training. The whole team wishes you lots of joy and success and hopes for a long journey together.
In the first few days already, Rhulani's guests were spoiled by Koketso's creative innovations and fabulous cooking skills. Tenderly cooked kudu meat, a crème brûlée like the original from France, or a lasagne that even Italian guests were impressed by. The start was definitely a success!
Koketso has a restaurant background and brings international experience from a year in the USA. She is also familiar with the special circumstances of a safari lodge, where versatility and the fulfillment of a wide range of guest wishes are important. Koketso prefers working in the intimate environment of a safari camp because there she has close contact with the guests embedded in the surroundings of a spectacular wilderness.
Before joining Rhulani, Koketso was Head Pastry Chef at a luxury hotel in Gaborone, Botswana, so our guests can also look forward to delicious desserts.
