Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is the most internationally recognised system based on production of safe food from a preventative approach.

While a HACCP based system is not a legal requirement in South Africa, we in Rhulani have decided for years to apply the criteria for the benefit of the quality and safety of our guests.
